The Audit with HERS provides a specific, quantitative measure of your home's current energy efficiency with pinpointed recommendations for increased energy efficiency.

Both energy inspections are performed on site by professionals.

Depending on the size of your home and the number of systems, the Analysis generally takes one hour, and the Audit with HERS generally takes two to three hours.

For the Analysis, a snapshot of current energy efficiency conditions, based on infrared thermal imaging and proprietary energy analysis software.

For the Audit, a HERS Index Rating of your home's current energy efficiency, based on the Duct -blaster and Blower Door performance testing measures. 

Both inspection reports provide information on available tax credits, rebates and incentives, as well as conservation strategies for immediate savings. Both provide recommendations for improvements based on savings of energy and return on investment, including payback period.
